Yoga practiced at Naadi Ayurveda Resort is mainly traditional Hatha Yoga (postures) with Pranayama (breathing). It is designed to awaken the Kundalini (third eye). This form of Yoga helps to elongate the spine. If one can keep the spine supple, it helps delay the aging process. “You are as old as your spine”.
Yoga is practiced in the morning and evening. We also organize Yoga classes for beginners and special yoga sessions from time to time. The class held on the roof top with a view of the ocean starts with the “Sun Salutation” and moves on to breathing exercises (Pranayama).The teacher demonstrates up to 12 different Asanas that will be practiced to keep the spine supple.
We also organize Yoga classes for beginners and special Ashtanga Yoga classes so our guests can enjoy different postures and routines.
